I just wanted to post a reminder about the email that was sent out regarding the upcoming class social. The plan is to get together on Saturday, June 12th at the Harvill's house around 6:00 p.m.
We will be having BBQ sandwiches. In the email, Nancy asked if we would help by bringing either: baked beans, chips and dip, or dessert. Let Nancy know through the comments on the blog or through email if you will be able to attend and what you plan to bring.
Directions to the Harvill's house will be sent out closer to the social date. We hope everyone can make it! This would be a great time to invite some SS class prospects. Also, kids are welcome to come. We will just need a head count so there will be enough BBQ.

Joel and I are excited to be getting together. I am planning to make a dessert (I know I brought dessert to our last get together, but Joel has so many favorites!).
Kip and I will be there as well. Nancy, I know I emailed you saying I would bring a dessert, but after reading the comments I will bring baked beans instead. Looking forward to getting together with everyone!
I will be making a blueberry slab pie. I saw this recipe in Everyday Food magazine. The picture looks really good!!!
